These are the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the agreement that operates between us and you (hereinafter, “the Terms”). These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users (hereinafter, “You” / “your”) and those of MIDHAT (hereinafter, “us” / “our” / “we” / “the Vendor”).

Once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to the processing department. Usually, it takes about 48-36 hours for the order to be shipped. Conditions apply on shipping charges at Deals with respect to them. The usual delivery time is about 1 week for orders outside Pakistan and 2 to 3 days within country. . The package will be delivered via Courier Companies and will have a tracking number available to track the status of the order. 
*Credit Card orders required 48 working hours for verification from the bank.

All products are available on your web incase of some products unavailability we will acknowledged you via email and refund your payment that you might have paid.

Return and exchange will be valid till 1 week after your purchased only UNWORN,/UNUSED items will be exchange / return until or unless the item have any issue of size or product damaging. You have to share

In case of a cancellation, the amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card shall be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the order.

Your order will be deliver within 3-5 days until unless there will he some issue of weather condition or any other causes can make delay in order delivery for more inquiry regarding your order you can contact Via our email.

A Product is considered damaged if the product received was physically damaged in a material way. A product is considered stolen if the package received is in open condition and is empty. In either case, you may contact our Customer Support department. We are going to investigate this issue and may ask for a digital picture of the received package/product or any other proof for claim purpose as well.

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) You have ordered, we will inform You as soon as possible and give You the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact You, the order will be treated as cancelled and if You have already paid for the product(s) You will receive a full refund.

All purchases done through the web site are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT).
